Guest guest
Hi, we've been doing the diet for a few years. I am going to try some bean soup this weekend. I've soaked the beans for 24 hours, changed the water a few times during that time, rinsed and drained. I don't have time to make the soup till Saturday, so I put the soaked, rinsed, drained beans in an airtight container in the fridge. Perhaps this is a stupid question, but is this okay to do? Or should I have cooked the beans directly after soaking? Thanks for any advice. Cathy
Guest guest
I think it would be ok. I have also frozen the cooked beans and used them late in chili, etc. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
