Help with Vitamins

I know this is wrong so can someone help? I take the OneSource 3

times a day and then one time a day I take....A 8000 I.U. , E 400

I.U., Caltrate 600+D, Potassium 99mg and Bran Fiber 500mg. I went

for my blood work yesterday and my Dr. took me off my BP meds. my BP

was 130/84 and I am down 88 lbs.

Don't know about the doses and combinations but wanted to say congrats on

being of the antihypertensive meds. And WOW !!! . . . 88 pounds !! Keep up

the good work and keep us posted.
