Guest guest
Hi Everyone! It's me again. I have read several posts where patients have been denied by Dr. R. because their patient letter did not cover one full page per section. Now, this may sound like a dumb question, BUT, I do not want to be denied! Therefore, is there a certain size font we need to use and is it to be single spaced or doublespaced? I am a little confused on this. Maybe I'm just nervous and making it more difficult than it really is! Thanks for any advice!! Guest guest
Sherry, I E-Mailed Dr. R about that and I have not heard anything yet. I am confused also. There are no formating instructions in the manual as far as I can see... Just the number of pages and the topics he wants us to cover. Maybe he will reply on the e-group and clear up the confusion, like he did for the vitamins. The sample letter was not 10 pages and did not have a page on every topic. sbb On Thu, 14 Dec 2000 16:01:21 EST sdixon9852@... writes: > Hi Everyone! It's me again. Guest guest
He wants appx a full page on each subject. Normal 10-11 size font, do not use extra wide margins. Just start writing and it will flow. Best of luck, Joni MGB 12/22/
Guest guest
Sherry, This is not a dumb question! I have been thinking about the same things. I am soooo worried that I will be denied. I think when you want something so baaaaddddd, it makes you worry about all of the details. Thanks for asking such a great question. I can't wait to hear the answer. Guest guest
You are not making it more difficult, Sherry. It is kinda difficult. Dr. R. wants to make sure you know what you are getting into, and this is the way he does just that. My font was 14 and I double spaced, but this was in Oct. he may have changed that. Some one who just sent in their letter needs to answer that one. Good luck, Trudy Question about Patient Letter Hi Everyone! It's me again.
