Guest guest
I know how the temp is supposed be for raw goat milk, but what about cow milk. I know it is not as delicate, but what is the actual temp guideline? I would think it doesn't matter as much with store bought pastuerized? Also, what about raw? Guest guest
All milk needs to be heated to 180F to sterilize no matter what. It's just that cow's milk can withstand going up to 212F without being harmed. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
