My son still can eat very little of the yogurt and no other dairy except some

ghee. I have been juicing some fruits and veggies that are higher in calcium

and vitamin c to help with his deficiencies there. It helps a little with the

vitamin c (not sure its enough yet). I'm still very concerned about calcium. I

am looking into vit K protocol as I can get my mind around it (not very often).

I think there may be an issue with that for a ways back into my family tree. I

need some more ideas of foods that are high in calcium. I have a couple of

charts on veggies and fruit, but I don't know if there are some cuts of meat or

types of meat, fish, etc that have more cacium than others. I've got to get his

intake up higher. He's been without dairy for too many years and I'm starting

to see some bad signs (he's 8 y/o).

So, give me some good sources of dietary calcium including meats and fish. I

know about the salmon with the bones in it already.

Also, I know the greens are in later stages, but can any of the greens that are

higher in calcium like collards, turnip greens and mustard greens be boiled to

death or maybe pressure cooked to maintain vit/min and pureed and tolerated

better in the early stages? He's stuck on stage 1 (at 5 months SCD) with a

couple of stage 2 things mixed in. I'm not sure he can have spinach. He may be

allergic to it also. I have to have more foods tested. It is difficult to

balance all the food allergies, sal problems and the vit/min.
