Hello,

I'm a bit confused because raisins are listed as a stage three food.

Are they not meant to be there?

I just checked and you are right. There they are on stage 3 list. I

always ignored them in that list because I figured that there was no

way I was going to peel a raisin! Well, you could certainly try them,

but caution, caution, caution. Did I send you the link about what

Elaine said about dried fruit? It is definitely something she didn't

think people should just snack on in the unthinkingly large quantities

we often tend to snack. A few in a cookie and then limit the amount of

cookies, or a few spinkled on some nut butter maybe.

Well, I asked (regrettably) after having let Sailor eat about two

handfuls of them. I ate a few handfuls, too. Today, we are both

suffering terribly with gas pains and lack of appetite. Live and learn.
