Guest guest
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if goats milk is any better/different to using A2 cows milk for making SCD yoghurt? We have A2 readily available here, but are having trouble getting fresh goats milk at the moment. My son has ASD, so I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this or has tried it with an ASD child instead of goats milk. Would love to hear any info on this - thanks! " A1 has the amino acid histadine and A2 has the amino acid proline instead. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and
Guest guest
HI Sheila, thanks for that info. I had seen a couple of those messages, but some you added made a bit more sense to me. I actually found fresh goats milk today - yay! So I am about to start on my 2nd batch of yoghurt & hope I get the temp right this time!! Really looking forward to getting it into our little guy's diet. Thanks again for your help.
