Hello group,

I am almost 3 months post-op and believe it or not I don't know what I weigh.

I have sustained from jumping on the scales so I would not become depressed

if the scales didn't move quick enough.

What I am writting to share is how wonderful I feel!!! which is more

important than the lose. Last weekend I went shopping with my husband in

field,NC at the outlets. Wonderful bargins!! This place is huge and

they do have a shuttle. However, I didn't need it. :) I think my husband

agreed to go because he didn't think I would really hit every store and spend

all day! Life is grand!

I am sorry to say that I can eat sugar. I have no problems except I become

tired after I eat it. Dr R is right. Your body will crave good for you

foods. Veggies were a four letter word and I never ate them. I love salads,

and green things! I do have problems with pasta and bread. Thanks for

listening. You are a great bunch!

Hi,

Great post, !! I alos can eat sweets (ugh) but not like I use too.

But, my new tummy won't tolerate pasta or bread (something I use to live on) and

chicken breast !

I am also walking around Christmas shopping this year, actually wearing out my

husband (hahah)

You have a very wonderful Holdiday!!

(after all you trully deserve it this year!)
