It has the following vitamins: Vit A (as retinyl palmitate) 1250 IU Vit C (as ascorbic acid) 80 mg Vit D (as cholecalciferol) 200 IU Vit E (as d-alpha tocopherol acetate) 10 IU Thiamin (as thiamin mononitrate) 1.4 mg Riboflavin (as riboflavin-5-phosphate) 1.6 mg Niacin (as niacinamide) 18 mg Vit B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 1.4 mg Vit B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 6 mcg Biotin 300 mcg Pantothenic Acid 10 mg The additional ingredients are: deionized water, ethoxylated castor bean oil, glycerine, citric acid, potassium sorbate, and sodium benzoate. It can be ordered from: Metagenics 725 South Kirkman Road Orlando, FL 32811 1- Also, when my son is having a cold, etc, I sometimes give him extra Vit C. We buy the Natrol brand Ester-C powder. It is just the powder, no added ingredients. The label lists Vit C (as calcium ascorbate) and a small amount of calcium (as calcium ascorbate), so is just calcium ascorbate powder. It is very bitter though, so I have to mix it in some juice to get him to drink it. I adjust to a dosage appropriate for his age/weight. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing.
