I'm starting the yogurt back for my son after a sabbatical. So, I am starting

off slowly as recommended for our ASD kids esp considering the bad regression he

had.

Okay, this is day 4 of 1/8 tsp dripped goat yogurt. I gave it to him yesterday

late and today early. Well, tonight he started being a little spacey, somewhat

dilated eyes and had trouble going to sleep and had trouble being still. This

is die-off, right? I have always been confused with die off and intolerance.

He seemed to be doing okay on the yogurt before, but you know how things change

and how we sometimes need to be sure.

If he was doing okay the first few days then yes it is likely die

off. It may help to give him a break in between and then continue

at 1/8 again. That allows his body to process everything. Some

kids/people need to go really slow. It helps to think of the yogurt

like a really great but strong medicine that the body has to get use

to.
