Can someone review legal honey again? What's the deal with possible labeling

issues and corn syrup and filtering/pollen issues?

Honey needs to be pure and clear. Labelled Pure or 100% honey or

100% pure honey indicates only honey is used and no fillers (corn

syrup, sugar syrup etc..)

Clear indicates the pollen (irritating to the gut) has been filtered

out.

Honey can be raw if it is clear and pure or it can be pasteurized.

Honey can be light or dark as long as it is clear and pure . The

lightness or darkness of the honey is dependent on the flowers that

the bees travelled to.

Hi all,

I am searching for a place where I can get Clear 100% Honey and SCD legal Ham.

All the stores (including health food stores) I visited had 100% honey without

mentioning Clear. I also have not been able to find SCD legal ham. Any advice?
