Guest guest
Hi All, I saw in a posting a comment about dripping yogurt. What is this, how do you do it, and why is it important? Thanks, Sharon
Guest guest
Hi Sharon, I hope that the website will answer your questions: http://www.pecanbread.com/new/yogurt1.html What other strategies help to tolerate the yogurt? Some parents use the enzyme, Peptizide by Houston. One list member reported that she tolerated yogurt made with 2% goat milk better than the yogurt made from regular goat milk. Another reason is because it removes galactose which some don't tolerate well at the beginning of the diet. Other instructions for dripping the yogurt can be found (including pix ) at http://www.pecanbread.com/new/yogurt1.html#goatfaq http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/dripp ing_yoghurt.htm Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and
