However, some react to what the animals are fed. Try some and see if there is a difference. Sheila I started reacting to Kosher chicken from Costco in Toronto and found it was from the same sources as other chicken. The feed is corn, soy, barley, and canola oil. Whole Foods chicken is corn and barley and I am better with that. Neither use anti biotic or hormones. Then I called an organic butcher and their birds were fed grain and soy. It was mentioned that size of an animal is related to how the feed may affect a person. This came up when mentioned I do well with veal.
