Guest guest
I give my son magnesium citrate to help with his constipation. I always add it to a cup of water with a bit of juice. I had an idea, but am not sure you can freeze the magnesium or not. I thought of putting juice in an ice tray, put the magnesium amount for one drink into each ice cube, and freeze. Then all I would have to do is pop a juice/mag ice cube into water and go. What do you think. Will it be okay to freeze the magnesium? Thanks. On nutrient charts for magnesium, for example, frozen spinach is listed with its magnesium content, so that is why I think freezing magnesium would be ok. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
