possible insurance help

hey everybody. My husband was listening to the radio yesterday and heard a

commercial for a website called www.fixmyclaim.com . The company fights with

insurance companies to get them to pay up - for a fee of course. I looked up

the site and just checked around briefly, and then emailed them, asking if they

ever deal with wsl. I cited the example of wsl and breast reduction both being

listed as exclusions, but the breast reduction was appealed and paid for, yet

the weight reduction was not. I got an answer within a couple hours, and the

guy said that they have dealt with these types of problems, they are experts at

finding loopholes, etc. I read every post, every day (sorry I don't write much

- I do daycare in my home, and getting to the computer is a rare treat, plus, we

won't be looking at my husband getting the surgery until summer, and I never

have answers for anyone), and my heart breaks over and over again for everyone

who is struggling with these stupid insurance companies. Anyway, this company

only charges if they collect, and they do the first phone consultation for free,

and they guy said to tell everyone to contact them and see if they could help.

Does anyone want me to forward on my letter and his reply? I don't know

anything about this company, and surely there are others like them, but my hubby

just said to check it out.

Oh - another thing that my husband said - can the American With

Disabilities Act help out in any way? These are the people who make sure anyone

with a disability is never discriminated against - I don't know if they do

anything like this, deal with insurance companies and battle injustices of this

sort, but again, it may be worth a phone call.

Good luck to everyone, whatever stage you may be in.
