Guest guest
I do a TON of bulk cooking on the weekends...my favorites on stage one/two are to make a giant pot of chicken soup and boil 2-3 pounds of carrots as well. I also cook a few pounds of chicken breasts and sirloin patties in the oven to have on hand for lunches (me) and dinners (my son and I). I make two pans of egg bread and package it up for my son for school for the week as well. I hard boil a pan of eggs for quick breakfasts. My son likes to eat two hard boiled eggs in the morning. I also make my condiments on the weekend -- mayo and ketchup. Then during the week, I only have to make a couple things, like veggies and extra meats, hard boil eggs halfway through the week as we run out. Sometimes I cook extra chicken breasts in the oven and shred and freeze for chicken salad later. But that depends on if I have room in my freezer. LOL. Hope that helps! B.
