Be the " face " of the program in the community. 3. Recruit families and youth into our program, explain program and navigate the consent process. 4. Supervise diverse staff, serve as a mentor/role model to junior staff, participants and volunteers. 5. Receive training and implement science-based model curriculum with fidelity. 6. Organize field trips, outside speakers, volunteer and staff activities and duties. 7. Help fundraise and coordinate events for 50 - 500 people. 8. Marketing and promotions for various projects. (make promotional material for events, i.e. brochures, flyers, etc) 9. Conduct weekly staff meetings, employee evaluations and work with evaluation of project. 10. Provide outreach services with the objective of promoting family health through education, health promotion, radio and events. 2. Participate in training sessions and staff meetings. 3. Document activities through outreach log, collect and compile statistics on the program as required. 4. Conduct home visits, visits to other sites where clients congregate to deliver health promotion messages. 5. Serve as a role model for participants. 6. Network with federal, state, county and community agencies to deliver services and promote program. 7. Assist clients in coordinating services and navigating services. 8. Advocate and translate on behalf of clients as needed. 9. Communicate and reach clients through phone calls, letters or other correspondence. 10.
