Hi Bonita,

If you juiced mango, removed pulp and diluted it you could have it

much sooner. Also, cooking the mango would make it easier to digest.

Pureeing the raw mango will help a bit but that is still more advanced

than the above two preparations of mango.

Also I've been meaning to ask, would I have to dilute the veggie juices? I

juice carrots (just a little), kale, broccoli red cabbage and celery for my son.

I have been diluting it, but is it necessary? The carrots I know are high in

natural sugar but none of the veggies are. If I made the veggie juice without

the carrot, would that be any different?
