Re:coconut milk- canned a question

I read no canned coconut milk. Is there a discussion on this? (Like the

discussion about Kefir?)

I have one brand that I have chosen pre-SCD that has nothing added. It is

Natural Value brand from local Health Food Store. Thai kitchen has extra gunk is

why I never used that brand.

As far as we know, there is no legal canned coconut milk. Does your

coconut milk separate when sitting on the shelf? If not, it must have

some illegal stabilizer added.
