Thanks for the tip Marilyn. I will try to stick to 2 liters at a time.

Unfortunately have 1 liter in the fridge that I don-t know if I can use....

Luckily my husband loves the taste of it and will be happy to get a whole liter

for himself!

containers so that the ones closest to the door

for the first twelve hours are closest to the

element for the last twelve hours (or thereabouts) and vice versa.

I typically make four 2-liter containers in the dehydrator at a time.

I don't have a digital thermometer, but the

temperatures of all the containers stay fairly consistent this way.
