Hi , I just wanted to tell you to try and not get frustrated.

Your weight gain may not have been because of something you did wrong.

I understand that you are working out and remember that muscle weighs

more than fat. You may have lost and then regained with muscle. Also

remember that for the first little while we are losing a lot of water!

This just may have slowed down for you now. You also may have gained

some water weight. I don't know if you menstrate, but I always gain a

few pounds with that. As long as you are eating healthy than you are

doing what is necessary. Keep your chin up, next month I bet you will

see a loss.
