Guest guest Posted December 22, 2007 Report Share Posted December 22, 2007 Hi there...if you can get soups into your daughter...BONE broths...esp beef bones, touch of apple cider vinegar to the H2o to leach out all the calcium, onions, carrots, parsnips, garlip...all just dumped in and set to simmer all day, let cool ON after straining, skim grease...if you add enough carrots the broth will be a bit sweet...a cup of that before she sleeps may help her at night....check out a book called nourishing traditions some great ideas like soaking eggshelss in vinegar tiul all their calcium is sucked into the vinegar and that goes into the broth...and then into your kiddo as HIGHLY absorbable calcium...I think there is advice for iron too....LOL Di Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
