Hi Sheila, Thanks for your response. So can I cuture the veggies with the pro

gurt ? ( the goat yogurt starter....think that's what it's called), Can I eat

that in stage one.... I wasn't sure where cultures veggies fit in b/c they are

raw. ( I like cabbage, beets, carrots)

If you culture veggies you are unable to digest now you can pour off

and drink the bacteria rich juice.
