Guest guest
My son and I started the intro diet three days ago. He has not had diarrea at all. Is getting diarrea a given? Can we move on to the first stage or should I go longer if he seems to be fine? I haven't noticed any die off symptoms from him. I've had cramping, myself, and a little diarrea, but he is a happy camper. I am only doing SCD as a support for him (yeast overgrowth) and yet here I am the one with the die off symptoms! I'm just not sure when we can move on to the next stage. I know we shouldn't be on the intro for more than five days. But I'm so anxious for a little more variety. Also, is it okay to have a little cheddar cheese on a hamburger patty during the intro? Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks!

Is getting diarrea a given?>>>> No, it is not a given. I had diarrhea and it immediately cleared up. <<<<Can we move on to the > first stage or should I go longer if he seems to be fine?>>> Yes, start adding more legal foods : ) <<<<I haven't > noticed any die off symptoms from him.
