Quick and dirty...EGD results...

FYI guys and gals,

I have mild to moderate gastritis. There was no esophagitis. Bile and acid

were present in my GI tract. I will remain on prevacid and carafate

indefinitely. I don't have an ulcer now, but I have had them in the past, so

I may do a course of therapy for H. Pylori a little bit later. I will be

starting some of the supplements that I have not been taking. These were

phone results. I get the full repost when I get home after the new year.

Phil, I will send you a copy...and anyone else who wants it. That includes

the opposition. Fair is fair.

Post ops, if you are concerned, get scoped. Pre-ops, if you are concerned,

feel free to email me personally if you need questions answered to aid in

your decision making. This surgery was still the best choice for

me...however, it may not be right for you. Happy decision making.
