Does pecanbread have a place where adding enzymes to SCD and which ones are

legal?

I have read about some enzymes like Houston's No-Phenol helping fight the yeast,

and read that it was legal, but I'd trust this group more quickly on its true

status.

I will add that I am not wanting to add enzymes in order to allow illegals only

as a way to help.

Hi Joy,

Yes, there's a section about enzymes on Pecanbread

under " supplements " :

http://www.pecanbread.com/new/enzymes1.html

I have tried most of those listed without success but

can take a new SCD-legal one by GI ProHealth called

ProZymes:

You want the one in the capsule. The chewable one is

not SCD legal. Start out with a small amount and

increase slowly.

I think the recommendation is to start just once a day

with 1/8 of a capsule. I put mine into water and

drink it, but perhaps some of the parents on the list

have a better suggestion for children.
