I have some Gelatin, not Knoxx but Kosher without anything added.

Could someone reply with a recipe for making gelatin dessert for dummies here?

On these directions, it says, " add to cold beverage " - nothing about hot water

or the usual boiling I used to do back in the old Jello days ( this was years

ago).

Please outline how I can make a jiggly snack for intro next week!

The recipes I have found say things like " follow recipe on Knoxx packet " -LOL.

Thanks for help,

Joy

PS I did make a pumpkin pie crust with coconut flour and almond flour- totally

legal! He never got to try that as he felt too bad after the dinner.

joy,

I think I can answer this one. I assume as long as it just says Gelatin in

the ingedients you are fine.

This is the knoxx recipe for friut juice knox blox: with the way I do it.

*1 cup cold fruit juice...remember to dilute...(1/2 water 1/2 juice) pour

this in a 9x13 pan

*Sprinkle *4 envelopes of Geletin (1 oz) over juice in pan

*Heat on the stove: 3 cups of juice...remember to dilute...(1 1/2 Cup

water...1 1/2 Cup juice)

*Add hot juice to 9x13 pan, and stir about 5 minutes,...add 2 tbs honey. stir.

Refridgerate til firm at least 3 hours. Cut in squares. It's a great snack.

Whenever I feel dizzy or need a pick me up, I have a few squares!

Hi Joy,

The knoxx directions are 1 cup of cold juice (welche's grape juice, the one that

is approved on the BTVC) spread 4 packets of the knoxx unflavored gelatin and

let it sit for about a minute. Heat up 3 cups of the juice almost to the point

of boiling and mix it with the 1 cup of cold juice with the gelatin in it. Mix

thourouly and add 2 tbl spoons of honey (if desired). Put it in the fridge and

it is probably ready in about an hour! Pretty easy and it tastes good.

Take care
