Guest guest
We are ending our second month on the diet, and I'm thinking about starting to introduce supplements. Sticking to the diet in itself has brought many good changes, but I want to make sure all bases are covered. So...of the following, is there a certain order to introduce them? [Probiotics, Multi-Vitamin, Omega 3, Cod Liver Oil.] I know to watch for double A & D with the Multi and the CLO, but are there any other warnings? Budget will only allow me to start one of these supplements now--which would be the most profitable? Also, I know Elaine recommended only 1.5 billion (can never remember the name of the thingys) twice a day. Isn't that equivalent to only 1/4 tsp. of the homemade yogurt? We're up to that now, going slowly and only doubling once each week. Won't an additional probiotic put us over the edge? Can someone please help me to understand about introducing supplements--when and what and how much?
