Guest guest
I believe this vitamin is legal. It lists cellulose as a filler instead of all the illegal disaccharides that are common in a lot of multis. CoQ10 isnt always included in multis because its on the expensive-end of supplements. It is a key component in creating energy in cells and in combating oxidative stress. It comes to the rescue of the cellular membrane, both the lipid and protein components, and helps protect DNA. Oxidative stress is a common yet destructive biochemical process, especially in people with illnesses. CoQ10 helps protect the cells against this damage that free radicals cause. - SCD since april 07 > > We are trying to switch over our vitamins to > be SCD legal. Guest guest
Hi Diane, I checked my Kirkman Labs Guide, and they put the SCD letters on vitamins that are SCD legal. On this one you ask about, it seems the wafers are NOT SCD legal, but the capsules are. I can see by the ingredients list that the wafers contain dextrose, sucralose and a natural mango peach flavor. Guest guest
I don't know if anyone has mendtioned this to you, but the best SCD legal vitamins that I have found are Brainchild's Super Sensitive Vitamin and Mineral formulas. They even offer them in nice trial size bottles so you can try them before purchasing the expensive large bottles. You can only find the trial size ones at www.brainchildnutritionals.com Good Luck and I hope this information helps. 's Mom, Kelley wrote: I believe this vitamin is legal.
