Legal multivitamins

We are trying to switch over our vitamins to

be SCD legal. Can anyone check out the link

below and tell me if this looks OK? I didn't see

it on the legal list, but I think it sounds legal.

Only thing is coenzyme Q=10 is in this, and I

have heard of it, but not sure exactly what

it is for. We don't really care about that,

but everything else looked good. I am looking

for a capsule we can open up or a liquid

because my daughter can't or won't I should

say swallow any pills.
