Guest guest
Hi all, I joined the list awhile ago to find out more about SCD and autism. We have read the book and are about to start the intro diet with my family. My son is autistic, my daughter has Lyme's, my youngest son is now offically speech delayed, and I have autoimmune issues. We tried doing the Body Ecology diet and failed to get the children to eat cultured veggies. We have also tried gluten free which made a difference and casein free which didn't seem to make a difference. We all have very bad yeast issues. My question is we have egg allergies. Does anyone have any good breakfast ideas for us without eggs? Any thoughts or ideas would be welcomed! We are really hoping this diet works for us. I've seen a lot of positive feedback so I'm hopeful we will have results as well. We also just added some digestive enzymes so we'll see where that can take us. Thank you so much for your help! mom 36 - autoimmune issues, yeast Maya - advance lymes 6 years old, yeast - 3 yrs old - PDD-NOS, Dsypraxia, Yeast Aidan - 20 months old - Yeast
