Hello group,

Just want to share my wonderful news! At three months I have lost 50 pounds.

This is wonderful, especially since it is the holidays! I have to say that

I don't have a problem eating sweets or drinking fruit juices. I do love

veggies. I never thought that would happen. My children asked if I was proud

of myself for loosing so much weight. Sorry to say that I'm not. I was

proud when I worked really hard to starve myself to loose 10 pounds. That was

hard. I am proud that I decided to have the surgery and fill out the paper

work, that was hard. But loosing this 50 pounds has been a walk in the park.

(Another thing which I can do now). My best to all of you who decide to

have WLS or not. And thank the Lord, I have not lost my hair.

Peace to everyone !

Congratulations on your first 3 months of " easy " weightloss. Be proud

of yourself. You deserve it for taking that step of faith to have the

surgery!

Hi , my name is and I just heard about MGB. I'm seriously

considering it. You mentioned WLS, what is that? Congrats on your weight

loss. I'd appreciate anything you can tell me about it. Thanks .

,

What a great three months you must have had. I believe you should feel

proud of the weight loss. The decision you made to have the surgery was the

first step in a life long change to accomplish the main goal of losing

weight. Be proud. You deserve it.

Congratulations , you are doing great! Don't be so hard on yourself. It

is quite an accomplishment to lose 50 lbs. I think taking the risks of

having surgery and the possibility of complications made us work hard to

loose the weight. Keep up the good work.
