Guest guest
Hi Heidi,Am a mother of autistic girl who have a mercure and heavy metals, i would like to know what kind of treatement you take for mercure.thank'sradia De : Mesut À : mb12valtrex Envoyé le : vendredi 26 octobre 2012 18h09 Objet : Re: best treatment for autism We did a sugar-free diet as well, but also that didnt calm him much. my son is 7 yrs old. Yesterday was his birthday. He is verbal but has a very limited speech. He has fine and gross motor deficiency. Has huge propioceptive issues. Can't locate his body pakrts immediately - always has to think a little and then slowly showing the part that has been asked. He does not know where his face starts and ends. He can't read and write but knows the majority of the Alphabet. He can't sit still and neither can he stay quite. He has excesive vocal stimming which drives us , the therapists, the school aid, the teachers crazy. We have not tested him for Lyme and Pandas. I think 3-4 months should be sufficient to make a evaluation if something helps or not. Parasites and bacteria might be worth to look into. He had elevated Clostridia species in his last test. The thing is , we have started every treatment with great hopes and now need to recharge ourselves to continue this journey. we are really really exhausted. Mesut > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I have some people emailing me off list on what is the best course to take, but I like to share with everyone. I have actually wrote a book, and will one day publish it. I am not sure why I keep putting it off, since I finished writing it 3 years ago. But, anyhow, I want to share some tips because many did this for me. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > After 6 years of research, I would have to say that mercury is the main contributor. But. . . many report dumping mercury and other toxins when they treat for worms, viruses, bacteria, etc. so chelation is not the only way. Some people report that treating for pathogens rids more toxins than chelation. I am not voting, just repeating. If I had to do it all over again, with my same knowledge now, I would skip some treatments that were too much too soon. Recovery is quicker when you go slower. I would also focus more in homeopathy. Getting the immune system rebalanced is very difficult, and I had to learn to and still do, ignore the junk medical reports in the newspaper and the typical thinking that bacteria can be killed with a couple of weeks of antibiotics in unhealthy folks. Chronic conditions are a totally different thing. They need chronic (long-term) treatments. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Mercury is not acting alone. There are pathogens involved, pleomorphic without a doubt. Pleomorphic means the pathogen changes to overcome and adapt to it's environment. This is the only thing that can explain why our children respond for a few days or weeks or even months to a treatment, and then the symptoms return. Also, this explains why they fluctuate in and out of symptoms. I think the mercury's lead role is that it hampers our bodies, allowing these pleomorphic pathogens to take over. When we are healthy, they can not. They are not as strong as HIV, which is also pleomorphic. And keep in mind that HIV takes years to create symptoms, which is often seen in other pleomorphic pathogens. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Also, keep in mind about opportunistic infections. These are germs we all have all the time, but our immune system fights them off unless we have immune stress or something weakening our immune system. Common ones seen are Strep., Clostridia Diff., yeast, protozoa of many different types, etc. The Pleomorphic pathogens are Lyme, Bartonella, Mycoplasma, XMRV, and more of course. Those of you who know about Herpes, you know that it comes and goes. They call it latent when you don't have the bumps or cold sores. Anyhow, there are many Herpes-types of viruses that don't cause any bumps at all, but are associated with chronic fatigue, mood swings, immune system issues, etc. Many people test positive for Lyme who don't have symptoms, which we would refer to as having a latent infection. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Having said that, symptoms can only come from a few things: two main things are inflammation blocking blood flow and digestion issues. If you look at many of our kids, in reality they are kind of like drunk people. They slur their words, are clumsy, are smart, but can't keep their thoughts together to carry out everyday tasks (also notice many have green tinge to their skin around their nose and mouth which means low oxygen). So, it's complicated, but this is all due to lack of oxygen and nerves communicating. If you Google, you will find that those with autism always measure having abnormally low blood flow in the brain, which is reflected in those machines which show blue or red or yellow colored images indicating blood-flow. Thus, get the blood flowing to the brain. You can do this short-term by treating for inflammation, blood-thinners, blood vessel dilators, etc. Long-term will be to kill the pathogens causing the inflammation, which will > > > take a long time because since their immune systems are weak, they will need much more help than a smidgeon of anti-microbials. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > The other thing causing symptoms is this. The body needs many nutrients to work correctly. Due to damage, genetics, poor digestion, and microbial and toxin loads, the nutrients are not being absorbed into the cells, and mostly not into the brain cells. This could be from inflammation, pathogens consuming the nutrients, pathogens disrupting the nutrients, toxins taking the place of nutrient receptors, and uneven digestion. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Neurotransmitters tell our brain how to work. Amino acids make our neurotransmitters. Digestion makes and absorbs our amino acids and nutrients. Thus, our digestion is a main dictator of our neurotransmitter balance. Uneven digestion means uneven neurotransmitters. Keep in mind that psych meds are meant to lower or increase certain neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters tell us our moods, and one only has to ponder on the female's menstruation's affect on moods to understand how we can be deeply effected. Thus, get the digestion as even as possible, which is currently being done by probiotics (only certain brands will noticeably work), digestive enzymes, and many supplements that aid in digestion and decrease the gastro lining's inflammation which of course is a main reason for the digestion problems. These are short-term; long-term is to rid the toxins and pathogens. Keep in mind that all the body systems are too over-whelmed to rid toxins, > > > which is why they are stock-piling in the first place. Thus, support for the liver will be needed, but is actually done by all kinds of gentle things. Also, keep in mind that the body can not rid the pathogens and toxins when it's not working correctly which is similar to why people can not overcome an infection even on antibiotics if their immune system is overly stressed. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > My trick was to help the body in lots of of ways to all add up. So, we went totally organic in food and products, removed carpeting, and avoid all smells (car exhaust, perfumes, candles, etc.). This lowers their toxin input. It's more difficult to rid toxins when they keep stock-piling them from food and their environment. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > The digestion is treated with several long-term, gentle things, from probiotics, to digestive enzymes, to gentle anti-inflammatories (fish oil, turmeric, and there are many). Then what you have to do is add the correct nutrients. They can not absorb nutrients correctly, so you need to buy certain vitamins and multivitamins. Your doc will have a company he likes. Most B vitamins seem to be needed in addition to the multivitamin choice, as well as Vitamin D. Some also like to give lots of Vitamin E. Each doc has their own views. Anyhow, then gentle, slow-acting antimicrobials seem to work best, since too much will overwhelm them, causing the release of more toxins then they can rid, so they will then be recirculated -- yikes! So, this is why people take nerve protectors and binders to absorb toxins. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > It appears that all pathogen types need to be treated (worms, virus, protozoa, bacteria, etc.) Every health practitioner has their own ways, and one way is not really better than the other. You have got to get the fine tuning down. For example, if you stop giving your child wheat, but allow him to have soda pop, don't expect change. Plus, your child may be getting wheat and you don't know about it. I have caught teachers giving my children wheat even after I had docs notes for them not to. So, that is another issue. I had one babysitter who kept giving my child apple juice even after I told her he was allergic to apples. She denied it, but I tasted his sippy cup to be sure, and then she said, "It's only a little bit." > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Ok, let's see what else. Most antimicrobials will bring worse symptoms before they rid symptoms. Most stop when they see a worsening, and say, "See, it didn't work." But, this is why you always learn about everything you do, so you know what to expect from each thing. For example, sometimes fish oil kills bacteria, causing some to get tics. a person may panic and stop, not knowing the good it's doing. Or they may not know that the research on fish oil showed it took months to show a decrease in ADHD symptoms. So, one may give it a few weeks, see nothing and give up on it, not knowing it works slowly over time. So, the real issue in being successful is reading your butt off and asking your doc lots of questions so you know how to use what you selected, correctly. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Now, there are those with genetic issues impeding progress, so I am not saying that all should get good results. But, I will say that most can get good results. As I have said many times, the real way to get success is to seek out those with success. There are many health practitioners now who are doing autism recovery. Just want to add that there are always exceptions in that everything needs to be done correctly, and that some will be allergic or not tolerable to a certain treatment. This is why it's always best to remind everyone to seek out a knowledgeable health care practitioner to get direct advice. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I know that finances are a big problem, but with searching and planning, most will be able to manage getting their goals met; it may just take a lot longer than if they were loaded with money, of course. If you want my take on HBOT or stem cells or other any kind of treatment, I think it still comes back to doing what the successful practitioners say to do. Some will always respond well and some will not, and a good practitioner will hopefully guide you with their knowledge. Anything with the ability to reduce inflammation, increase oxygen flow, and kill pathogens and rid toxins, can help if it can be done safely. Thus, not so much the treatment choice, but more the practitioner choice and doing the treatment correctly. My method was doing many small things together to get the body assisted to work correctly. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Love and prayers, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Heidi N > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
I think that people stockpile metals due to having pathogens, so I treat the pathogens to rid metals. But, we have used fish oils, Vitamin C, broccoli sprouts, Modifilan, and pectin for metals. We now use time-release Alpha Lipoic Acid. I think this stuff is more for catching the metals when the pathogens are killed and release metals. Even treating for yeast, makes us release lots of metals. Some docs feel MB12 releases metals because it is part of a cycle called homeocysteine. I really am not an expert on this because we didn't do lots of testing for metals. The most important thing is to stop eating and drinking metals. No fish, except for the fish oils that are treated for metals. No seafoods, no drinking from aluminum containers, especially those that are cardboard on the outside and you don't notice that they are also lined with aluminum on the inside. Consuming healthy metals is important so that they can also help rid the bad metals. I ate lots of tuna, seafood, and used products with thimerosal in them without knowing anything about mercury. I wore contact lens, and the solution you rinse them with daily had mercury in it. I had 14 metal fillings. I have touched spilled mercury from broken thermometers, etc. I am shocked and angry that the governmental agencies are allowing all this mercury and aluminum and other toxins into our lives. We are all paying for it now. Guest guest
I think the only brand that is easily able to be found and purchased is Source Naturals. Make sure it says time-released because they also make it not time-released. There are likely other companies, but I don't know them. Heidi N Heidi- which time-released ala do you use?
