Baby update and picture link

Well it's that time yet again...we had our 24 weeks baby check up today! they

couldn't " double check " if it's a boy, because he was laying with his legs

crossed and under him, but i got awesome US pics. you can view pics at

are pics from last month and then at the bottom are today's pics (including a 3D

PIC!!!!). Also ben's halloween pics are there and some family pics we had taken

of us as a family this weekend.

Today's appt was good, baby's heart rate was 138 bpm, he's measuring 1 lb 6 oz

and 11 inches long. Baby is about 2 weeks and 4 days small. i only lost 5 lbs

this month, so weight loss is slowing down, which Dr was happy to see, and i'm

eating like crazy (few bites every hour or two!). Only traces of protein in my

urine, which is a good sign.

I talked to the Dr about the horrible pain i'm having in my left butt cheek and

hip and it's sciatica (spelling). he said i can relieve it a little by

stretching each leg to my chest a couple times throughout the day, but it will

prolly not help much and only get worse as the baby gets bigger. My sickness

and nausea has gotten way better, i'm actually enjoying this pregnancy (or at

least this trimester) very much considering and compared to my pregnancy with

ben. baby is moving like crazy and you can actually see my tummy rolling and

moving around without feeling my belly now, it's very cool!

Ben is very excited about his brother and looking forward to his arrival. We

are starting to get clothes out and washing them, putting baby things around the

house, carseat, etc. and the fact that he gets to " see " him every month is

exciting for him too. We will be taking a trip to California from Nov

26-December 11, so my next appt isn't until december 14th.

Now if i can just get motivated to start making my christmas cards everything

will be perfect. Anyway, if i forgot any info, just email me and ask...don't
