Waiting until you are 14 weeks seems perfectly

reasonable to me. I will be going through my first

pregnancy when the time comes and I look forward to

sharing the time with my DH at first, before telling

the rest of the world. Another FIRST that we can

share " just between us " for a bit.

jenni, ithink you should wait personally. i swore i would do that, but

didn't...and in the beginning of thi pregnancy i had 10 days of spotting nad

everyone was calling and making comments... " it'll be a miracle if this baby

comes out okay " , " is this one going to stick? " etc. (i had 3 miscarriages

prior to my 5 years birth). it was really hard to deal withthe spotting and

worrying, let alone everyone making those comments...maybe just tell your mom

and ask her to keep it a secret. that would be my advice, and the reason i give

that advice is because i have been in your position. good luck...keep us posted

on your decision.

Should I keep my secret.....

HI Everyone,

I am Torn with Telling my family about the pregnancy and keeping it

to my self. , and I and 2 close friends only know about the

pregnancy (well and all of you ) I decided not to tell my Family

including my children until I was about 3-4 months along I have lots

2 babies 1 in 97 and one in July -04 just barely 3 1/2 months ago so

you can see why I am a little shy to tell everyone. Both My babies

were lost in the 2nd trimester, at 14+ weeks Both you were able to

tell the sex. I have gotten the most insensitive remarks after I

lost Even people asking me what the baby looked like. If he

actually looked like a baby etc.... I owned my own consignment store

at the time so Everyone in our small little town knew So I did not

want my pregnancy t be public again, I closed my store so I did not

have to deal with it again. And could have an easy pregnancy. BUT

Should I tell my family ? I do not want my girls to go through the
