Guest guest
Thanks for your replies. The pain I feel is sharp stabbing, burning and radiating pain. I felt it first just below my ribs in my abdomen on the right side with pain radiating up into my back under my ribs all the way up to my shoulders. (Sounds like gall bladder right well.) I next felt the pain on the lower part of my abdomen on the right side below my belly button, but the pain radiating into my back and shoulders has been constant. Next I felt the pain still on the right side but more in the middle of the abdomen, but still with pain going into my back and right shoulder. The pain is always there at about a 4 or 5 sometimes it does go down to about a 3 but most of the time when the " attacks hit " it is a 10+. I hope this makes sense. I am permanently leaning to the left the help with the pain in my right side. I have these attacks at least 10 times a day. I don't know I just feel so stupid because all my labs come back normal and they (the drs) can't find anything wrong with me. I know it is not all in my head. I mean my pain tolerance is normally pretty high, for example I broke my ankle on the outside and the inside before and I was still able to walk with out problems. Yes it hurt but I could stand it. This is just getting unbearable. Anyway Thanks, Virginia- Re: Please Help Me!! Dear Virginia, You do not descibe where the pain is precisely and what it feels like. There are so many possibilities that all I could do is recommend you see a specialist and demand an answer to it. The treatment and /or problem may be causing your baby harm. Get a good obstetrition. Guest guest
Thank you Marj! I will try that and see if it helps. Thanks again, Virginia- Re: Please Help Me!! I was having the same sort of situation - I went to L & D it was so bad and they said that I had heartburn. I asked, " To the point it makes me cry? " and they said yes. I didn't believe them (and still kinda don't) but taking Tums makes it much better. It is the same pain you described. I don't know if that helps, but maybe try a Tums to see if you have the same killer heartburn (it doesn't burn for me but feels like I was getting stabbed) I have.
