Hi there Melody. I haven't been on here for a while! I got PG 5

months after WLS and had a beautiful baby boy on June 30, 2003. I

also have an almost-4 yr old that I had prior to WLS. With both

pregnancies, the tell tale sign for me was an uncomfortable soreness

in my pelvic/hip region. I never had breast tenderness, but had that

feeling in my pelvis. It's a little hard to describe, but here

goes. You know how if you lay to long in a bed or sleep in a funny

position, your ribs can feel sore in the morning? That's exactly it,

just in the pelvic region. I don't know if that helps, but I

remember full well how exciting it is to think you may be pg and have

to wait to take the test!!!

Also, this is a funny thing I found. Do you know the CVS brand pg

test actually detects the lowest amount of hormone?? Better than

those brand name " early " tests, according to the box anyway. I used

them both times when I was pg about 3 days before I was supposed to

get my period with positive results.

Good luck!
