Is alumina safe?

We are using calcium magnesium citrate and fish oil for my daughter's

constipation.

Since the liquid vitamin C is so sour, I stopped using it once we finished the

bottle, but still wanted to use something in its place.

I got a homeopathic constipation relief spray at the health food store, after

not finding any other appropriate vitamin C.

I'm not sure if it's safe, since it contains something called alumina.

And I've read that aluminum is really bad for our kids. But what about this

thing called alumina?

The website for this product is here.

Can any of you let me know if it's okay?

If it's not, can you recommend anything else? Maybe an un-sour form of vitamin C

that is powder or liquid?

I really really appreciate it.

Thank you.
