2005 National Farmworker Health Conference Survey

Dear Colleagues,

As we plan for the 2005 National Farmworker Health Conference we are interested in obtaining feedback from your staff and board on how we can improve the conference. We have prepared a survey and request that you provide us with input. Please share this with your respective staff/board and have them return the survey to NACHC. As a reminder the 2005 National Farmworker Health Conference will be in San , Puerto Rico at the Caribe Hilton Hotel from May 12 -14, 2005. More information can be obtained on the NACHC web site at www.nachc.com <http://www.nachc.com> on the events and conferences web-page.
