white flecks/spots in stool ?

Hi starting a few days before Christmas my daughter has had several bm's with

these white soft spots.Some were big some were flecks.Her poo is greenish quite

often also.We did start OLE few weeks back.Is it parasites/candida/oxalates? The

first one was loaded tons of this stuff.She ate nothing white or rice.It also

had a strange texture almost like a marshmallow.Any advice or answer would

help.Thanks guys
