Guest guest
Hi , You had asked about anti inflammatory options (I cannot find the original message). We are having a hard time finding one too because many have phenols or herbs my kids don't tolerate possibly bx of pandas and or phenol intolerance. Ibuprofen seemed to upset their tummies too. I was just reading in scia about dexibuprofen so we may look into this. Dr. Amy tried a homeopathic with us that most kids tolerate well called inflamyar BUT my kids didn't tolerate it! Maybe this could help your child. Has your child ever had steroid burst and do well with it? My son was a different kid the week he was on the steroid burst with Dr. K's protocol for pandas. I am wondering if this is something we can do from time to time. It was really amazing though. He basically wouldn't need an aid at school if he was like that all the time. I also noticed that week that he was really focused and on task following my directions and doing homework. He was super fast and cooperative with everything. His hand grasp was really strong too....I plan to try to look more into this. And also have in my to do list to send everyone a long update on what we have been seeing these last few months.
