Guest guest
Hello, Our practitioner recommended that we give resveratrol to my son for HHV6 because he was a responder to Valtrex (that we had to stop for different reasons) and she said that it prevents the virus from replicating. I think I see a regression from it but she insists that's it's not possible, that it should only make him better. My questions are, can an anti-viral work without causing a regression? Has anyone used resveratrol for the HHV6 virus? Thanks, Geneviève
Guest guest
What it causes is die-off since it kills bacteria like Bartonella which in my opinion is very prevalent in most with autism and other immune disorders, mostly because it's easy to get and pleomorphic, meaning it pretty much will always be in the body once you get it, but only takes over when the immune system is compromised. And pretty much everyone with autism has immune system issues. So, just saying. We had horrible die-off with Resveratrol because it was one of the first things we did to kill pathogens. I can take it all day now with no issues. We did test positive for Bartonella, and it is the main cause of our symptoms, from OCD to ADHD to aggression to mood swings to much more. Google " Bartonella anger ocd " to learn more. When we get die-off, we usually lower the dose and work up. You can also take things to help with die-off.
