Hi,Do you know what I should look at in my son's OAT results that would indicate the presence of parasites, or viruses?I'm not suspecting them in particular, but we've been doing heavy load biomed and not finding our answer, so I thought about " hunting " pathogens that we haven't addressed during the past years. Thanks,Noura

Not sure if oat has amino acid profile but low lysine and viruses seem to be correlated. They sure are w/my daughter. To: mb12valtrex Sent: Thursday, January 31, 2013 6:05 AM Subject: OAT & Parasites

That's because the most common viral issue is herpes. HHV1-6. All herpes viruses thrive in an arginine rich environment, and not so well in a lysine rich environment. So if your lysine is low, then odds are good you're arginine is high. Lysine always needs to be higher than arginine.
