Technically in the beginning the numbers are supposed to double every 48 hours (2 days)...... well.. mine were doubling at a rate of 4.3 days. I thought FOR SURE that I wouldn't carry to term.. That was AFTER the first U/S where all we saw was an empty sac.... Here I sit at 37 weeks... You know... my story is so NOT uncommon either!
