Guest guest
Hi. I was in a car accident yesterday and the insurance company does not hold good things for my car. So, I am fine physically, but the car (a great Plymouth) needs to be replaced. A used one is best for us right now. I looked up a lot on reliability, which is important. This car will need to be around for the next 3-4 years. We will need to carry 1-2 kids (and their stuff), as well as two small pets from time to time. Does anyone have any experience with the following cars? Please offer any and all input to help me make a decision. What you liked, did not like, wish you had known, cost to upkeep & repair, etc. Thanks for your input! I appreciate it. Guest guest
I work for a car dealership in Chicopee, MA. If you want reliable and safe stick with Honda Civic, Honda Accord, Toyota Corolla, or Toyota Camry. You can find those in your area, in your price range by going to www.vehix.com www.cars.com www.car.com www.autotrader.com . A honda or Toyota Certified is even better as far as warranties go but they are within 5 years old and have to meet certain criteria and you pay a little more for them. You can find those on www.Honda.com and www.toyota.com . Whenever and wherever you buy a used car ask for the dealership to run a carfax on it and if you buy from a private party you can pay to run a carfax on the car. The mark-up on used cars can be as high as $2500 so remember that when trying to get a deal. Sometimes you have to leave the dealership and let them call you back to get the best deal. If you have any other questions feel free to email me at tinkerbellsw@.... You can also find used cars on the websites of dealerships in your area. Guest guest
I have a 1996 Toyota Camry and a 2002 Chevy Tahoe (leather, Onstar, heated seats, third row seats etc) and I love the CAMRY by far better than the Tahoe! I just wish it had ONSTAR! I hope the next new car I get (CAMRY) will have ONSTAR by that time. No fear of locking the baby in the car anymore! lol
