My weight loss has stabilized, and last night we had the " baby talk. " I have to admit that I have been less than stellar when it comes to taking vitamins. Actually, I don't. Shame on me! I feel so wonderfully " normal " , that I kind of forget. But I know it's important to start again, and was wondering how many and what kind to take? I have a good multi and some folic acid and calcium supplements. Do I take double the recomended dose? I had a baby when I was obese, and am looking forward to a healthier pregancy (though there were no problems last time, I am sure it will be an all-around better experience at a healthy weight.) I have been jogging/walking and plan to continue. I also need to eat better -- more protein and less crap. Any other suggestions? Thanks! (BTW -- I just turned 36, so the clock is ticking...)
