Shows the Metholation Cycle w/great MTHFR info...he also has a really good explaination of why the approx 10% of us MTHFR's don't do well supplementing folic acid...he explains why supplementing can sometimes do us harm...we need the Folapro (or simalar) or we end up having problems (including heart problems!!!), hense it's addressed in his "Heartfixer" info.
