Can die off happen from one time use? To: mb12valtrex Sent: Sunday, October 21, 2012 9:45 AM Subject: Re: Culturelle - side effects?

The way I tell if it's die-off, which is more the case in most

instances, is to first allow the reaction to fade. If it's an allergy,

the tiniest re-introduction will produce the same or worse affect.

Allowing the reaction to fade, and then reintroducing a smaller amount

in die-off situations, has a smaller reaction which continues to lessen

with lesser amounts, and over time, larger amounts can be used with

little to no reaction. (not to be used as medical advice - just saying

what I do with my family). I would say that 99 out of 100 times, it was

die-off, and only about 1 out of 100 times for my family was it an

allergy or intolerance.

Absolutely. But it should get better once it is out if their system. You can help it with adding in a binder. Even drinking lots of water can help. Sent from my iPhone
