Guest guest
Can die off happen from one time use? The way I tell if it's die-off, which is more the case in most instances, is to first allow the reaction to fade. If it's an allergy, the tiniest re-introduction will produce the same or worse affect. Allowing the reaction to fade, and then reintroducing a smaller amount in die-off situations, has a smaller reaction which continues to lessen with lesser amounts, and over time, larger amounts can be used with little to no reaction. (not to be used as medical advice - just saying what I do with my family). I would say that 99 out of 100 times, it was die-off, and only about 1 out of 100 times for my family was it an allergy or intolerance.
