It sounds like something may be causing your insulin to spike abnormally high which would be making your sugar so low. It can be very dangerous, so please remember to eat every few hours and to have a balanced small meal. I have problems with too much insulin and have had to seen an endo for it, but am not pregnant. A good resource is eMedicine.com for hypoglycemia, which is what you have. You're hypoglycemia is VERY bad if you are only at 25, so please call your doctor immediately and have them do more tests.
