I suspect that GMO foods are the biggest problem to a lot of health issue including autism and many thyroid issues. If you follow GMO foods you will see that they were introduce in the early 90's and the rate of autism has increase steadily from that point on. There is a youtube video " Dr. Mercola interview Dr. Huber about GMO part 2" long video but Dr. Huber does state that their could be a link between GMO foods and autism. On the news yesterday in LA, CA they had this story about how organic food did not have any more nutritional value over non-organic food. I was so upset on how they were trying to manipulate people. People are not eating organic because they think its more nutritious. I eat organic because I don't want to eat GMO foods and I don't want to consume pesticides. I live in CA and will definitely advise others about this proposition.

Guys,I have suspected the vaccinations as the source of many of our kid's health problems (and still do) but this article makes me wonder what part of it all also has to do with GMO foods which have been available for for almost 20 years now?Check out this article for yourself: http://responsibletechnology.org/resources/state-of-the-scienceRight now in CA, residents will vote on Proposition 37 in Nov. which would require many GMO foods to be labelled. It would be a huge benefit to the entire US. At the very least, we should avoid feeding ourselves and our kids these foods. This website tells how to do that.sally

,Yes, I am very suspect of studies now. A past editor of the (I think) New England Medical Review recently wrote (elsewhere) that the money to throw studies is so insidious that studies cannot be trusted anymore. That was a huge statement for someone of her stature. And there is a LOT of $ to be lost by Monsanto and others if Prop. 37 is passed.I believe the benefit to our kids is huge for this to pass--benefits to us all. It is almost impossible to eat entirely non-GMO right now. I am trying to contribute to Prop. 37 as much as possible and to talk to people as much as I can. I believe the implications of this are as important as the presidential race right now. We are in Madison, WI and GMOs seems to be relatively unknown issue here--and we are pretty astute, generally.Keep us posted on what is happening on
